Squarefour.org is a sick resource for four square players from all over the world. We know it because we get so many questions a week about this rule or that. In an effort to bridge the gap between our pile of game information and the greater social network that is the lifeblood of online community building, we've taken a big leap by implementing Facebook Connect here on Squarefour.
We need your help in getting this league pumped this season. Your ever adoring league director will furnish you die hard four square lovers with pizza and beer, and pick your brains on how to recruit fresh meat for this coming year. If you want to attend this meeting, please RSVP in advance.

Dear Sean, My school is having some trouble with four square. (every one is making rules that dont make sense such as punch-u-l8tr and fire-in-the-house!) My school is called Stevenson Elementary School in Mesa,AZ 85208. I would love it if u could come and give a speech or send a letter to the school with a list of the rules that we can tape near all the 4-Square courts. Thank you 4 your time. Wesley T, 8/1/2010
In 1790, the first patent in U.S. history was issued to Samuel Hopkins of the great state of Vermont.* In honor this momentous occasion, we'll be playing 4-square this Sunday, 8/1, at the corner of Summer and Craigie in Somerville, from 1 to 3.
*If anyone can explain to me how a man in Pittsford, VT, got the first patent in U.S. history when Vermont didn't become a state until 1791, drop me a line.
