Four Square in Gorham, Maine

So my 8 1/2 year old has mad skills and has introduced the entire family to Four Square. We play for a couple hours just about every night!

Two Questions:

1) how do we enter the world championships for 2011 in Bridgton, Maine??? any leagues in Maine?

2) How do we get in contact with Corey Carmichael, the reigning world champ? She lives about 20 mins from us in Portland.
